The studio is located in the lower level of our home with its own separate entrance. Please google Old Balmville tree to get a better idea of home location.
It fits 2-4 people. It has a queen size bed a sofa that converts into a full size bed and a full bathroom.

The kitchenette comes with a full size refrigerator, microwave, blender, hot plate, pots and cooking utensils.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, spacious sink, towels and essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper.

There is parking space available and wi-fi.

Maximum stay is 10 days and a 1 night deposit is required to book the studio.

The location is perfect to visit all the Bethel complexes. The Beacon train station is 10min away and Newburgh’s waterfront restaurants and shops are 5min away.
