Online Cooking Classes!

What a year this has been! With all the changes in our lives that happened, we found ourselves eating at home more than ever. Sometimes though, that can get monotonous, and let’s face it: we can all do with expanding our repertoire of recipes every now and then. Especially when it’s learning to make dishes that we would only ever order for delivery or eat in at restaurants. For that reason, I’m happy to offer ONLINE COOKING CLASSES starting January 2021!

My family is from Canada, but have lived in the Mayan Riviera of Mexico for over 10 years. We have been used to creating our most favourite dishes from scratch and substituting when we couldn’t get the exact ingredients. We want to share what we’ve learned with you! Right now on the schedule we have: Pierogies (I am Ukrainian, after all), Authentic Carbonara, Falafel, Chicken Flautas, two fun hors d’oeuvres: Buffalo Blasts, and Pork Ginger Potstickers, and more. We even have a few classes just for kids ages 6-12! Teach your kids a new and important skill and make it fun! My class is on the Zoom platform and will take on average 1 to 1 1/2 hours (some longer, kids classes shorter). Classes are kept small to ensure everybody learns and participates. Each class is $15 USD payable by Paypal or Interac E-Transfer and includes anyone in the same household who wants to join.
