“Balsam Inn” This fabulous Mid-Century Eco friendly apartment is all you need for a relaxing Hudson Valley Retreat, Bethel Tours, Beacon DIA, or exploring the Catskills. This cozy two bedroom walkout apartment is tucked away amongst the trees with large windows to enjoy nature. Also, features a large private patio that offers a bar, hammock, fire pit and BBQ.

The Space

The 1,110 sq. ft. apartment is located in a private tree lined cul-de-sac .It has 1 modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, patio and laundry room.
Kitchen is equipped with Flashbake oven, duo infrared burners, tea kettle, coffee press, ionized filtered water,toaster and bullet blender. Stocked with organic herbs, oils and vinegar. Equipped with lunch bags, travel mugs, coolers and other totable items.
Living area has down filled couch, mid century leather chair and shag wool floor cushions. BluAir air purifier, purifying plants and aromatherapy diffuser.
For Entertainment- we have high speed wifi, HDTV equipped with Apple Tv, Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts you can use (please let us know if you downloaded any paid movies or series). Vintage record player and records (currently getting fixed),Echo Dot and projector and movie screen for outside entertainment. ( extra cost for set up). Tons of books, coloring books, puzzles and games covering all genres.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a dresser, charging cables, aromatherapy diffuser, closet, luggage holder and robes. Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, desk, charging cables, diffuser, closet , shelves and luggage rack.
Bathroom- filtered rain shower, natural linen towels, first aid kit, shower cap, eco friendly toiletries (recycled and chemical free).
Laundry room- iron and board, steamer, eco friendly cleaning and washing supplies.
